I'm going to the "Florida Mania" in Orlando this weekend which is put on by SCW. It appears to be for anyone to participate in, but primarily for those that are involved as fitness instructors of different types, aerobics, water fitness, etc. I found it too it too late to sign up for classes(I probably wouldn't have gotten my first picks)but I am going to go anyway. It looks like they are going to have a great Expo with lots of new toys, books, videos etc. It looks like they have these "weekends" all over. You can go to SCWfitness.com to get more info. I just wondered if anyone had any info to know what I was getting myself into. Looks like it will be fun, just wish I had found out about it sooner!
