OK, time to geek out a bit here. I have the Excel spreadsheets with weight worksheets for all Cathe's workouts that went around the forums before. I am wondering if anyone has had time to add to them with the new series yet.
I wrote down all the weights on the Lower Intensity Step workout today so I can add that one soon, but may not get around to the rest until I do the other workouts (I write them down as I go).
So, is anyone else adding worksheets or what?
