Anybody know where Dani is?

Hi everyone,
I am planning on going dancing in Lansing on July 29 to hear 101 RAnch Band. Scott, the lead singer, is Dani's husband but I have not seen her post on hear lately; well, actually, for quite some time. Have I missed her posts by some chance? or Does anybody know where she is at? I wanted to ask her if she was going to be there.

I miss her, too! I have not seen her hear since last winter! I think right after her marathon, she moved. I am pretty sure she stayed in Chicago area but became busy setting up her new house. Was that her or am I thinking of someone else?

I am sure someone here has heard from her. She has some pretty tight friends here.
 
Hi you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been on here in so long. Life has been BUSY and I dont' have too much time to log on anymore. :(

Anywho!!! Patti!! How are you????? So much has happened!! They had auditions in Chicago for the famous band Fuel, and Scott tried out and made it to the Final Four. Well, that was an awesome experience but some of his band members did NOT like that and they were upset that he actually auditioned. I mean Fuel is a multi-platinum selling band and who wouldn't go for it if they had the chance??! Ugh..well they ended up leaving Scott high and dry and tried to steal the band name and everything he built on his own, away from him. Scott's guitarist stuck with him though as well as all the club owners and fans. So he's going forward and is in the process of auditioning drummers and bassists! He's got a keyboardist and has a bunch of shows lined up already!! His first show with the new line up is on August 4th at the Cadillac Ranch in Bartlett. The phone is ringing off the hook...everyone wants Scott back. He's putting his name out front now, so he's going to be Scott DuBose and the 101 Ranch going forward.

He did so good! He ended up winning 2nd place because of a last minute replacement judge. Grrrrr! Ah, well! Everything happens for a reason!

So, Dani, does that mean the show on July 29th in Lansing that Patti is going to is NOT Scott, but the old members of the band?

YES!!!!!! They changed their name to Hoosier Highway and they're trying to pull themselves off as the old 101 Ranch saying all they did was change their name. When they show up at these gigs without Scott the club owners have been very disappointed. They're cancelling their shows left and right and are giving them to Scott. We had to get a lawyer and everything!

I was just at the Cadillac Ranch on Saturday night! That place is so much fun! People think I'm crazy to go drive 3 hours just to dance but I do make it worth my while!

Awesome Patti!!! The Cadillac Ranch contacted Scott...they wanted him to come and play there. ;) I just sent you my new email address. :) I still have some pictures of you and me at the Bresa!!

Just to clarify...they tried stealing the name but our lawyer sent them a cease and desist letter. They HAD to change their name and they are now called Hoosier Highway. But, they are calling clubs saying they are still the same band and all they did was change their name. Big lie!

That was me! Sarah you have a great memory!! :p Yes, we bought a house in Feb and it's been crazy busy!!

I read about your marathon Sarah and you just rocked!! I am in awe!!!

Hi Dani! Miss "seeing" you here! How is the house? Are you all settled in? Great to hear Scott's is doing just fine. I knew he would. Tell him congrats! 2nd. place is awesome too! Hope to see you around.

Miss seeing you too Debbie and Kathy!!! I will defintely try and post more often now. Things are settling down with the house. I'm so touched you guys miss me. :D
