Any runners pre-order Shock Cardio?

I was just going to stick w/ my running, but I'm loving STS so much thinking about the cardio. Just curious if any other runners might use it for cross-training?
 
Absolutely....I am sure HIIT will definitely increase my endurance and the plyometrics will increase my speed. Of course Cathe could sell me tap water in a Cathe bottle and I would probably buy it because I have never been dissatisfied with a Cathe purchase. lol :)
 
I did, I figured I'll use Shock Cardio on days that the weather/road conditions aren't good for running. I probably won't get a lot of use out of it, but couldn't pass up the pre-order deal!

Heck Yeah. Cathe got me into running shape. Besides like all collectors you just have to complete the library. :)
 
i am debating but i love running so much that i think i will be conservative with our finances and skip it for now. i know myself and will always choose to run over other cardio, so the expense for me personally isn't worth it. i will run in any weather!

Me too.

I don't run on consecutive days because I really can't avoid monstrous hills and I'm too much of a whimp to go without a recovery day between run days. :eek:
 
Absolutely! I run 3 days a week and then do some other cardio 2 or 3 of the other days. I can't wait to use shock cardio for cross training, esp. the kickboxing, martial art workouts.

I am very excited about this series.. I ddin't order STS Weights as that I strength train at a gym, so I'm looking forward to seeing what Cathe puts together in this series!!
I'm needing some new Cathe workouts!!!

I'm loving all of your answers! My focus has been running for years, and I've never weight trained three x/week - let alone for this long! But STS has made me such a believer in mixing things up - SHOCKING your system - I think I'm sold. I've always known that cross-training is good - but most runners know that the best way overall to run better is to run more. But STS has given me a new appreciation for total fitness. I added Stretch Max after my runs on non-STS days and my back has never felt better!
 
Yes, I ordered it. I have always used Cathe's cardio for cross training. I do think it aids in running. I am loving STS so far and think STS cardio will be awesome!!!...:)
 
I ordered it too! I'm planning to run a lot this summer and then cut back my running over the winter months, do STS Weights, STS Cardio.

That's exactly but I was thinking. I want to do STS weights as a 5 1/2 month rotatin this time.
