Any recs for a YOGA DVD? int or beginner please.TIA!!!

I have a yoga DVD called "Yoga for Weight Loss" with Suzanne Deason. I like it because it shows four people at different levels doing yoga so you can grow with it. You can program the DVD to just show the one person you are following. I got it at gaiam.com. Definitely doable for a beginner.

Total Body Yoga - Hands down the best Yoga DVD for beginners and also

Stamina and Strength 20 mins each by Rodney Yee or Lee??

Also Power Yoga by Rodney is good as an intermediate video.........

After that - move onto Brian Kest I, II, III - Energize/Tone/Strength!

Good luck! Yoga is a fantastic way to clear the mind and build some nice core strength and length in the muscle!

I've just started doing yoga and I love Sara Ivanhoe's 20 Minute Makeover series. I have all 4: Weight Loss, Flat Abs, Sculpted Buns & Thighs, Total Body Tone w/Weights. I have not done yoga before but had tried a couple of times. I like the length of these..they are only 20 minutes and I like that I can learn the moves and hold them longer if I want to but she doesn't hold the moves for an extremely long time and keeps moving b/c it is a 20 minute workout. I caught on to these quickly. The outdoor setting is nice, the music is nice, and I like the instructor.

I agree Power Yoga with Rodney is the best! I don't like anyone else as much as Rodney. But I think if I had started with that one, I'd be discouraged at the beginning- it's pretty tough. I also have the Firm power yoga or something, it's only 35 minutes but it's a nice introduction, and it is more athletic-focused than mental-focused. I'd start with the Firm one, then move on to see what you like.
Have fun!
