Any recommendations?

Hi everyone;

I am new to Cathe's workout and looking for any recommendations as to which of her beg/Int DVD's would be a good one to start with that does not require a step or barbell...until I can purchase them. I do however own some dumb bells.

I currently workout about 3 times a week...nothing structured. I would like to lose about 15lbs. I am top heavy especially around the mid section(surprise, surprise) and mainly looking to tone up and get some definition for my upper body.

Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thx.
 
well its hard to pinpoint good beginner workouts without step but you could try kick punch crunch and just modify for your level but it does a have a stability ball abs workout. there is kickmax but there is alot of jumping so i don't know what you can handle with that. about any weight workouts can be okay with just dumbbells but i really can't think of any other of her workouts that don't have step.
