Any recipes using Oat or Brown Rice Flour?

OK....I'm slowly moving all of my shopping to the health food section of the grocery store and since I bake ALL the time, I've picked up Oat Flour and Brown Rice Flour.

Now how do I use these?

Are they interchangable with regular flour?

Does anybody have any recipes using either of these????

ETA: I'm really looking for low fat, healthy recipes as opposed to just subbing this for your 'normal junk food cake, cookies', etc.
