Any Nannies out there or anyone who has a nanny

I am wondering what the going rate is for a full time nanny, live out for a family of 4 children.

Well, I live in Chicago, and we'll have our second in August. We'll be paying our nanny $650/week. She works 7-5 Monday through Friday.

Currently, we pay her $550/week for our son.

When we were researching what to offer her for an increase based on adding another kid, we learned that a 2-3% increase of their current pay is what is generally acceptable for each additional child.

In the Boston area, the going rate here is between $15-20/hour, depending on experience, how many children, and the ages of the children.
