Any "Last 5-10 Pounds" Success Stories??

In my struggles to lose my "last 10 lbs", Ive gained 10 more! I need some success stories for motivation! I'm tired of counting cals and getting nowhere!

I'm one. The key to losing that last 10 pounds is to eat CLEAN! No cheating for at least two to four weeks. Also, you MUST eat at least 5 times per day to keep up your energy.

If just eating better doesn't do it, then increase the intensity of your workouts.

Just my cleaning up the eating did the trick for me. Good luck!

I think adding intervals/blasts helped a lot. Sprinting during a jog and the new Cathe workouts, esp cardio blast premixes. Good luck and hang in there. It can be so discouraging to gain when you are trying to lose.

I agree with Lorrayne. For me it was eating really clean and five times a day for about two - three weeks.

What worked for me is cutting out almost all desserts (very hard for me!) and making sure I was actually eating enough. Finally realized that in my attempt of "eating light" I was actually not eating enough. No wonder I was always hungry!
and Doing Barry's Bootcamp.... I really think it was the combination of intense cardio and weight lifting that did it.
