I really want to lose the last 10 pounds but I have no motivation or will power. Any tips on how to stay motivated past day 1?THank you all so much!!!!
I think you have to start losing the weight and then the motivation will come.But it is really hard to start.
I was watching some old videos from last night and I couldn't beleive how good I looked 4 yrs ago.I have put on a little weight since then (6 lbs) but I couldn't beleive the difference in my arms.That was my motivation.

Train for something...like a 5k or 10k! Race season just started and the races are so much fun...awesome electricity in the air. My DH has had so much fun at my races that he just started running, too! He wants to do some 5k's!
