What's up guys??? I know I have been MIA for a few days - what can you do? So - the running is going pretty well - been having a little knee trouble but I am hoping to work through the problem. I did a six miler this morning and some upper body resistance band work.
now...I'm off to a political type party - I might even have a drink or two.

Hey guys-

Low Impact Circuit today after two days off. I even did the extra cardio section. Time sure flies on this one. It feels like 45 minutes, but it was 80 minutes. Next week I'm starting a 4DS rotation and I'm really looking forward to it.
