Hey guys-

Bit of a change of plans for me, I stepped on a toy wrong last night and sprained my middle toe. It's turning black and blue more as the day goes on. So, a day off it is! I think it is feeling better, even though it looks worse. Maybe a couple days of upper body and I'll be able to use it again.

Hey everyone,

I hope your toe's feeling better, Ben. If an injury prevented me from exercise, I'd be so angry!

I did the original Imax for the first time today. Even though the choreography was easy to pick up, it was super intense! The intensity rivals Imax 3, if not more. I'm definitely looking forward to doing Imax 1 again and again.
