Jerry, you've gotten a few questions answered by Cathe and SNM lately... fun!
I did P90X for the first time today. Chest/Back, and the Ab workout. I can see why this works. It was hard. I didn't expect that we wouldn't be lifting reps together. It was on your own for a minute or so per exercise. I have been lifting weights with Cathe for the last year, so the pull ups were new. I did a modification that was similar to their new pull up tower with the handles of my tredmill. Tony sure takes himself pretty seriously, huh? I guess I'm not used to his style. I know I wouldn't enjoy that for 90 days in a row, but I can see using it as an alternative workout every once in a while. I don't see myself buying my own copies. It was good to be able to try it first.
Looking at the diet plan that comes with the program, I can see where that would work. Mainly because of cutting your calories. I am always sceptical of programs where you have to buy their brand of products every month. To each their own, I guess.
I think I will do all the workouts at some point in the next month, but I don't know much past that.
