Ouch and double ouch!!!!

I tremble and stagger.... after doing S&H legs (10 lbs up on all weights since the last time I did it...) and MM Legs Only Premix (kept the weight moderate there... especially with those sadistic low-end squats and static lunges!!!).

BTW That's Merrick in my avatar... my royally stubborn Frenchie!

Hey guys-

I did gym style back/shoulders/bi today. This is the second week with this series, and I am getting more out of it the second time. I guess I kind of know what's coming and if I need to pace myself or really go for it. Fun stuff.

I did the Cardio Blast premix from BM2 for the first time. It was way more challenging than I thought it would be, considering the weight segments were removed.
 
Tim, I had the same experience. I ended up having to pause for a minute or so between those power segments. :)
