Good morning guys!
So...I downloaded cardio coach vol 8 and I'm all geared up to try it out. I'll let you know how it goes. And man - my chest is on fire from yesterday. Cathe's Gym Style gets me every single time.

Slow and Heavy Chest and Back for me today. I was going to do Cathe's July rotation, but with the RT at the end of the month, I figured I'd do my own thing up until that point. Tomorrow will be cardio of some form.

I decided to walk on an incline today,and not stress my knee more than necessary. The tredmill says I burned 1000 calories, though.

Thanks, Keith, for the P90X advise. I'm going to do the Pyramid workouts a couple more times, and then I think I'll give them a shot. We'll see...

Sounds cool, Ben...I love the pyramid series - I think I am up for putting that one back in the rotation. Have you tried Cathe's Gym Style series? I have had great results mixing that one in with the X and all the other stuff I do.
