My husband wants me to do this for my 40th birthday (June). I'd love to go, but would so like it if some other Cathe fans from here would be going also. I'm from southern Illinois...any one interested??

I am in central Illinois, and I plan on going. :) Wouldn't miss this opportunity for the world! I'll be flying out of Peoria, most likely.
 
I'm in Northern Illinos (there, we have all regions of Illinois covered!) but I'm not sure if I can swing it or not. We are leaving for our Disney vacation the week after. I would hate to miss this rare opportunity, though......

Central Illinois here too. Thinking about it, have to talk to DH though. We have a vacation planned for August 8-11 in Wisconsin. Our family is going (5 of us) and we are taking my SIL and her family and paying for that too. I would LOVE to go.

Emily-we might have to plan together since we would both be leaving from Peoria. Interested?
 
Will do or you can e-mail me. I have to warn you though, I have only flown once and I was hung over at the time (going away party) and that was over 15 years ago. I have no idea how I will do on the plane. Nervous just thinking about it! LOL!
 
Oh boy - a hungover air passenger - I would have been less than thrilled to be sitting next to you on a long flight! LOL! ;)

I practically grew up on an airplane, and I travel a bit for work, so it's no big deal for me. I am not terribly fond of those little commuter jets that fly out of Peoria, but it's only a 30 minute flight to Chicago, then we get a bigger plane to Philly. ;)

I will have to run all this by DH and make sure he's okay with it. (I am pretty sure he will be, except for the fact that I'll be leaving him for a whole weekend and he'll miss me - awwww!)
 
I was a good hungover passenger! I slept almost the whole way to Florida.

I liked the commuter jet (I was awake for that one).

I have to talk to my DH too because of our other vacation plans and it looks like he will be making more trips to Arizona for work. He might be leaving Wednesday for could be up to 3 weeks maybe. Tell me that don't stink!
 
Hey - that makes at least 4 of us. I'm pretty close to St. Louis, seems like someone used to log in here from that area before...still out there? I could fly out of Peoria - St. Louis is the closest. Have flown from Indianapolis also. I'd feel better at least flying into Philly with someone going to "Cathe Camp" and know they are going to the same hotel. Seems safer. Sounds like I need to check out travelocity soon. I made my Cathe reservation after lunch.

I'll check back quicker next time...my uncle passed away last week and his funeral was this weekend.
