any body for life people?

Hi, I wanted to start this tomorrow but I dont have the myoplex drinks or bars, does anyone know what I should have in place of those? Thank You in advance for any help. Lori
 
Hi Lori,

I'm a big Body for Life fan. You absolutely don't need to do the shakes and bars. They do make it easier so that you don't have to come up with 6 different meals, but you can make your own. You can have cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, oatmeal and scrambled egg whites (with one yolk if you want), an apple and string cheese, an apple (or another fruit) and some turkey and a few almonds - you get the picture. As long as you are following the principal of carbs and protein, you'll be okay if you never have a shake or bar. But they really do help make it easier and add a little more variety.
