I don't think I saw a thread for this week yet. How was everyone's Christmas? Maddy was not eating and sick again for Christmas Eve and Christmas. I THINK I may have figured out what is up with Maddy (she says with fingers crossed). As soon as it gets cold/snows she doesn't drink much at all, toxins build up. I started syringing water in her and she got better, I think I just have to stay with my syringe water schedule. Vet says that's fine as long as she keeps it down and I hope as long as I keep her hydrated she WILL keep it down. She accepts the syringing well so far, in fact I think she knows it's helping her. Even when it warms up I'll keep syringing water to help control her picky eating as it seems to help in that area too. This dog never has drank well and that is probably the reason we are going through this with her advanced age.
Onto the workouts:
i did the new Cardio Core ....OMG that was hard, is it just me? I couldn't do any of the core exercises. I blame it on one or more of the following: 1. My core isn't too strong 2. My pooch keeps me from standing up after you roll back 3. my legs are too long and therefore I can't stand up after a roll back (my legs are probably about 2" longer than someone's is normally for my height....my Mom was always amazed that my legs was as long as hers and she was 2" taller than me).
I did the 30/30 hiit yesterday...that's a good one and I like the length!
today I did BG floorwork and abs for an easy workout
Tomorrow I want to do another STS cardio....maybe either the step one (I like dancy step) or a boxing one (hopefully I'll pick the easiest of the 3, which one is that?)
That's it, gotta run!
