I'm on my second week of Cathe's Aug '04 rotation and walking lunges day is approaching. I've never done 200 walking lunges before and I have a question. What weight am I supposed to use? I'm thinking it can't be too heavy because there's no way I'm going to complete 200 reps. I thought a pair of 8lbs might work, but I don't know because this would be my first time attempting this. I need help. Thanks in advance.
