<--maybe TMI and sorry- apparently the seat cuts off the blood flow and if you bike more than (shoot can't remember for sure) 25 hours ??? per week you are at risk
<--there is a special seat that negates the effect though ;)

<--says even the century takes only about 7 hours and DT only does 20-25 miles on an average day

<--so I guess those guys are on their bikes more than 25 hours/week

<--tells Catherine that even if cycling had any negative side effects on DT (which it doesn't), it would be worth it because his diet is awful and the only thing that keeps him even slightly healthy is his addiction to cycling ;)
