Sorry again I hope this is not a stupid question but I want to make sure I am doing this rotation right. Did you do the workouts back to back or spread them out through the day. I did Bootcamp and MIC Step portion back to back and didn't think I was going to make it up my steps for a shower. Should I have done one in the morning and the other later or is it ok If I can handle them or wasting fuel. Thanks so much.
