another question about abs

hey guys

just looking for a bit of feedback/suggestions. we have all talked about ab exercise during pregnancy. i believe shelia watkins even checked in with us and said it is good to work your abs when pregnant. i have been doing stuff all along, and while i don't feel the work like i did when i didn't have a belly, it is still comfortable and so i do some exercises most days a week. at my last dr visit she said i shouldn't do much ab work anymore (not meaning me personally, but 30 wk pregnant women in general). do you all follow that? can i just do what is comfortable? i still do pushups and planks too.

Most Obs today have outdated info on exercise. I believe the only issue with ab work is avoiding suppine work. Listen to your body. I have replaced most of my usual ab work with kickboxing.
