Just found out that I'm pregnant with baby no2. I gained an obscene amount of weight last time (both during and after pregnancy). I really want to keep my weight gain to a minimum this time. I also want to continue to workout, naturally...
I'm 7 weeks along, and can still do the workouts that I was doing before (which is great). Although I don't think I'll be able to run as much though...
