Another P90X Shoulders & Arms question -Kathryn or others

I think you could get a good workout if you know the moves and don't need an instructor to motivate you (find some motivating music, though), but for me, it's not quite the same experience.

There are some exercises that are hard to describe without seeing them, and the music and the 'competition' of Tony and the others is motivating. Also, I find that the pace is just right (whereas if you do it on your own, you might tend to slack, or take too much or too little rest between sets).
 
I don't really need the motivational end of it, I'm pretty good on my own. But, I can see how the counts and timing would be key and I could use help following that. Also, there are a couple of exercises that I don't know and would be guessing at. Sounds like it makes the most sense to buy it . . . hey, what's another $30? ha
 
I do agree with Kathryn. It really is worth the money to see the exercises, and the counts. I beleive it also has AbRipperX on this DVD...:)...killer ab workout...:)...Carole
