Another KettleBell Question AOS DVD

Hi and Happy New Year!

I have Providence and Newport AOS Dvd's and I am hooked. Was thinking about ordering The Kettlebell way with Empire State and Manmaker. Anyone have this dvd? Do I need anything for the workout besides KB'S?

I have KBW2 (Empire State).
You just need a KB for the workout (they show an option for using 2 KB's at once, but it's just an option).

Amy you just need one kettlebell for the workout. ManMaker uses two kettlebells. That's it. This one has a really good multi joint segment on the dvd with ManMaker. It is two dvd's One with the Empire State workout. This one seems to focus a lot on core. I really like it a lot.
