Another KB Question - rotation

When you guys do Kettlebell workouts, do you mix it in with your regular weightlifting--or do you do kettlebells exclusively for a while? I've been doing 2 kettlebell and 1 total body weights a week. I just wondered what you find most effective for leaning out.

Hi Elsie,

I usually mix in my kettlebell workouts with traditional weight lifting. In January though I did a mainly kettlebell rotation that included the AOS dvds, my own workouts and 200 swings every day for the month of January. I saw some really great results in terms of toning in my abs, arms and shoulders. I also felt that I gained some strength and endurance.

I'm doing STS now but I will probably insert the 200 swings on my cardio days.
