Ok, calling all calorie counters...
I'm going to try this zig-zagging thing you've all been talking about. I've looked at some of the websites that have been suggested and I really like the www.freedieting.com one. Basically, I'm thinking I'm not eating enough calories(which seems to be the case so often!!). My question is, do I add calories burned(according to my HRM) BACK into my daily intake? Up until now, I've been doing that but attempting to have about the same deficit each day so I'm really interested in changing things up. All advice is welcome!!!
