Another Bodylastics Question?

Hi everyone, don't post much, but am former lurker here. I noticed that someone else had posted about using bodylastics & was wondering what you all thought about using them exclusively for Cathe's weight work?

I am trying to get back to regular routine, but need to work out early in the morning & thought if I could use my bodylastics, it would be more convenient & quiet. Also will be traveling some this Fall as well.

Any feedback would be greatly suggested. Cathe's workouts are just so much fun & would really love to be able to keep at them w/my new Fall schedule. TIA!

I haven't tried that yet, but I definitely think it's doable. It would take a bit of trial and error to find the right resistance and to modify some moves, but I think band training can be very effective.
