<--do NOT waste your precious time at the Statue of Liberty
<--says all these people stand in line under the statue of liberty to look at rusty metal
<--explains to Tammy that the Statue was NOT MEANT to be seen from up close and visiting it will be dismal on a rainy day
<--says the Statue of Liberty is one thing that should be seen ONLY from afar because that was how it was intended to be seen and only then can can you appreciate it's magnificence
<--suggests Ellis Island as a more interesting choice
<--has never been inside the Empire State Building, but passes it often and thinks it's pretty darn dull too
<--thinks the Observation Deck of the Empire State Building might offer an interesting view
<--looks forward to when Tammy comes to town for more than a day
