<-- is not all that concerned with <--'s job, but it's going to be tough for the group dynamic to know he's out there and could theoretically return
<-- has been working hard since May to establish a rapport with all 3 classes, some classes better than others
<-- has a load of reading to do and then <-- would really like to oh <-- don't know, maybe get in a WORKOUT?!
