Hi, everyone:
This is a little embarrassing, but I know I can share it here without too much blushing. At a recent exam, a doc told me I have breast tissue on the side of my ribcage. I have always disliked close-grip triceps presses and triceps push-ups because I sensed this discomfort in my breasts. Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I force myself to do those exercises, but I usually substitute another one. I apologize if this is too personal, I don't want to offend, just curious to know how others deal with this. Thanks.

Don't...

...be embarrassed! I don't have the problem you have but maybe someone here can tell you how they deal with it. Did the Dr. give you any advice?? We all have our little not-so-perfect bodies. I hope someone can give you some advice. Glad you felt you could share here.

RE: Don't...

Dear Debbie:

Thanks for your kind words. The doc said it was not common, but normal. I was kind of glad at the time to know there was a reason why those exercises were not so fun, but if anyone else has experience with this, I'd love to hear from you.
