This is a little embarrassing, but I know I can share it here without too much blushing. At a recent exam, a doc told me I have breast tissue on the side of my ribcage. I have always disliked close-grip triceps presses and triceps push-ups because I sensed this discomfort in my breasts. Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I force myself to do those exercises, but I usually substitute another one. I apologize if this is too personal, I don't want to offend, just curious to know how others deal with this.
