An idea:
Cathe Mix Max DVD
This would be a DVD like The Terminator using previously filmed footage to create a new workout. Here is an example:
Interval Max Blast (using the original Interval Max)
Any older Cathe step warm up (Power Max, Step Works, etc.)
Imax interval 1 (step, blast, and recovery)
Then, the blasts only of the next 9 intervals.
Circuit Max Mix
Boot Camp warm up
Circuit Max’s 6 cardio sections back to back (each chaptered separately, but omitting the compound weight work, floor work, and stretch)
Boot Camp stretch
Cardio Hits Mix
Any older Cathe step warm up (Body Max, All Step warm up, etc)
Finished product of Power Max section 1, finished product of Power Max section 2, finished product of Power Max section 3, finished product of Step Fit section 1, finished product of Step Fit, section 2, finished product of Step Works section 1, finished product of Step Works section 2, finished product of Step Works section 2
Any older Cathe cool down and stretch
Leg Circuit Mix
Any older Cathe step warm up (Cardio and Weights, MIS, etc)
CTX Step Inetervals interval #1 (from the 3 total)
A squat segment from CTX Leaner Legs
CTX Step Intervals interval #2
A plie segment from CTX Leaner Legs
CTX Step Intervals #3
A lunge segment from CTX Leaner Legs
Any older Cathe stretch (CTX Kickbox, MIS, etc.)
This disc would allow for some of Cathe’s DVD fans to have previously unchaptered sections reformatted – HOWEVER - this would not be reformatting older DVDs. Because certain parts of the original workouts will be missing from this disc (like Imax’s warm up & cool down; Circuit Max’s warm up & compound weight work; Step Intervals' first step section; the warm up, stretch, abs, from Leaner Legs; and the warm ups and cool downs of Step Fit, Power Max, & Step Works), consumers won’t be able to program exact replicas of the original workouts within this DVD. I am sure one of the reasons SNM doesn’t want to reformat Circuit Max, for example, is because they don’t want to be stuck with boxes full of the ‘unformatted’ version. But because this DVD would only offer parts of workouts, people would still be apt to purchase the original disc as well.
This could all probably fit on one DVD. I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
