DVD #3 Ten premixes of the 2 above DVD’s ... for example
(split) 20 minutes cardio + 20 minutes upper body (40 minutes)
(split) 20 minutes cardio + 20 minutes lower body (40 minutes)
(split) 20 minutes cardio + 14 minutes upper body + 10 minutes lower body (44 minutes)
(split) 25 minutes cardio + 14 minutes upper body + 10 minutes lower body (49 minutes)
(circuit upper body) 20 minutes cardio + 20 minutes upper body (40 minutes)
