An emergency in the ladies' locker room!

The scale is off by 6 lbs! This is serious stuff! Imagine my reaction when I got on the scale & it showed I gained 5 lbs since Sunday........I had to run out into the weight room, grab a 10 lb dumbbell & bring it into the locker room to test the scale.

The scale showed the 10 lb weight weighed 16 lbs. I was so relieved! :7

Smart girl!! I would have assumed that I had gained. When will we ever learn our lesson about the scale? LOL!!
