Amy's In the Ring

I just finally did this video today for the first time and I've got to say I had so much fun. This is one of my "most fun" workouts now and I was a sweatin' at the end. Higly recommend this to anyone looking for kickboxing workout. Loved the medicine ball drills too. Music was AWESOME as well. Not that I'm trying to enable anyone;)

I know -- isn't it great?! Like you said, the music is especially fun, and it really gets your heart rate up. Her Hi/Lo Knockout is also great!;-)
 
I love it too and the med ball intervals actually get tougher the more you do it. The first few times I did In the Ring, I didn't realize I was kind of cheating on one of the med ball intervals (the first one). Have you tried HiLow Knockout? The music in that one is fabulous and it is one of those workouts that just doesn't stop. Amy has fast become one of my favorite instructors. She really delivers what her "write ups" claim and her choreography is fun, interesting, and challenging. I have to MAKE myself not do these two workouts too much. She also has a knack for picking movtivating music. In the Ring is not the same old, same old which I so appreciate!

Yes I have her hi/low knockout too which I agree the music is great. I'm just still trying to get the choreography down on that one and I'm sure I'll think its even better. I get frustrated when I can't get things right away since I don't get as effective a workout. In the ring was easier to pick up for me on the first try
