Amy Bento's KB Rotation

This is for Pearlstrand. A while ago you asked me to share when Amy posted this. I asked Amy to post it on her blog so I could link you to it:

I'm pretty sure I'll be starting this Monday, but I have gotten back into CLX with KB's and I was loving that so, I don't know. I may alternate a week of Amy's KB rotation with CLX & KB's. I especially love the Push phase right now. I'll be subbing Amy's total body made up KB workout for Lauren Brook's KB workout. I can say this, KB's and CLX have made me so much stronger!!!
