Jackie, I like it. I rented it from Netflix last week and after I finished it I ordered it from Jen at www.advancedworkouts.com. If you have netflix and want to rent it first http://www.deepdiscount.com/ has this DVD regularly for $10.89 with free shipping. So, you don't have to rush and decide by 2/28 if you don't want to

I like this DVD. I got it as part of her "six pack" and thought I wouldn't get much use out if it, but I was wrong. I like to use it in combination with Cardio Coach on the bike. I'd get it (especially for only $10.89!).

Edited to add that I will probably be purchasing Amy's Abs & Stretch from advancedworkouts. I've thought about getting this for a while. This will be my 7th Amy Bento workout that I've recently acquired and I"m thrilled with her workouts!!! I will be sure to keep them in mind for future workouts and to watch for those VF sales.
