I love Slo-mo, but go way lighter than Amy, especially on the leg workout. I also got her ASC2, and the choreography is very tricky. I know it will take me longer to learn than any of Cathe's step workouts...Amy seems a bit more relaxed in these new workouts as she jokes around a bit more. I know she had me laughing a few times. The music is very good too...:)

I got the hi/lo bosu one and the step one.

I have not tried the hi/lo yet, because I'm still playing with 4DS, but I have tried the step one. I started by doing the first combo over and over until I learned it and then adding number two and on from there. I've learned combos 1-4 over two hour-long cardio sessions, but I'm having a brain freeze with number 5.

The choreography is complex, but really fun once you get it down. And I really like the music for the most part.

I have all 3 also. Yesterday I did ASC2 Quick NRG and Legs X2.(all but the one legged squat on the ball). DD and her girlfriends were driving DH crazy so he decided to come hang out with me during my WO. }(

ASC2 is fun but tricky, the music is great, Toni is a great modifier for step and the workout in general rocks. Amy like to hang out at the back of the step a lot, and I find myself directionally challenged with my back to the tv.

I also need to go way lighter than Amy and sub a dumbbell for some exercises that she uses a barbell, this is a comfort issue for me. But after legs yesterday I think I need to go a tad bit lighter. I don't feel it in my legs but in my lower back.

I look forward to doing the others.

I have all of them but have only done Slo Mo Legs. I went lighter than Amy on the Sumo Squats and Hammy Rockers. I was feeling DOMS for two days after this workout especially in my inner thighs. I also felt it in my back but not too bad.

I previewed ASC2. Looked like a lot of fun but I actually think ASC1 was a little more complex and ASC2 a little more athletic but still complex.

The choreography in Hi/Lo looked easy enough to pick up.

I can't wait to do the rest of them.

I'm still working on the hi/lo. I did it for the second time today & I think I have it down. It's so much fun!

I'm a little nervous about the step workout though. I'm not much for complex choreo & I think this one might make my head explode. :+

I have them all and have now done them all, and there is not a bad workout in the bunch. Amy uses some great new moves and is just plain fun to work out with.
Great cardio workouts with great choreography. Good production quality and great modifiers in case you feel the need.

Amy's best series so far!!!

ASC II is tricky but soooo much fun. Depending on how fast you pick up complex choreography, you may want to learn that one combo at a time. It isn't as bad or hard as you think it will be upon your first preview. It is an ABSOLUTE blast!!!

HiLo Challenge is easier to pick up on and again, soooo much fun. I found it intense without being wipe out intense. It is easy to modify the intensity up or down.

The Dome section of HiLo Dome Challenge is a great little workout too! I added it onto my Chest, Bi's, and Tri's workout.

SloMo is awesome! Amy definitely pust a different twist on weight training. Some people are complaining saying that she's trying too hard to be innovative and creative when before they were complaining about the same old, same old. Anyway, I digress. You *may* need to go lighter until you have your form down and are familiar with some of the moves and how they feel to your body. The core/back is used a lot to stabilize, especially in the legs. The core work is different and something I need to get used to, but I like it. Also, the weight work is easy to modify to the more traditional moves if anything Amy does is too uncomfortable for you.

Amy picks out fun, fast, motivating music. Her voice is slightly softer than the music but I am able to hear her instructions clearly and I like having the music slightly louder than Amy. Overall, this is a fabulous series that is getting a lot of use from me! I started a rotation with them all right away so I really don't know what to tell you to try first! Definitely preview the cardio before attempting it though!
