Amy Bento kettlebell workout.

Did Amy ever release this dvd? And if so where can you purchase it. I can't find it anywhere. I just bought my first kettlebell and love Amy so I thought I would give her workout a try.

Also has anyone tried the 10 minute solution Kettlebell workout or the firm Kettlebell workout? And what are your thoughts.

I think the producers are holding it until sometime in January, last I heard. Amy didn't have any choice in the matter.

The other KB workout that was filmed at the same time (with another instructor) has been out for a couple of months already.

The way things look, Amy's "second" KB workout might end up coming out before her first one!

The 10-minute solution workout really isn't a KB workout: they don't even use a KB! just a dumbell, doing some kettlebell-inspired moves. Previews are up on www.collagevideo.com . I didn't think it looked as bad as some people are saying.

I have the Firm KB workout. I like it for what it is, but I wouldn't consider it a KB workout. I really like the instructor, Kelsie Daniels.

From the start, I used a heavier bell for some moves (lat rows or deadlifts with 5#? You've got to be kidding me!).

I think the best parts of it are the moves that are the least KB-like, because they fit a lighter bell better. I kind of wish they'd stuck to that rather than trying to do KB with such a laughably light weight (that makes it hard to do the moves with good form, using the power of the hips rather than the arms).

I don't like the KB that comes with the kit. The handle is too narrow, making it uncomfortable and awkward (I bought a 7# GoFIt bell that I use instead). It might make a good doorstop.
