OK I saw the mixed reviews on the kickbox workout, which I haven't tried yet.
But I did try her Hi/Lo this morning & I must say this is an excellent workout. Pretty high intensity level--I would say about as close to Cathe as I've gotten so far other than Tony Horton--choreography was not too complex. I did find myself fumbling here & there but WTH, it was my first try.
So, to anyone looking to mix up their cardio a little, this one gets 2 thumbs up from me. Any other thoughts?
