Hi, for anyone who is an Amy Bento fan, she just posted her presale for 2 new workouts, one contains 3 kettlebell workouts and the other dvd is a mix of kickboxing and kettlebells. Thanks for the heads up! Amy's In the Ring is my favorite KB workout and I love how she incorporated the med ball intervals between combos. Off to preorder the Kickbox Squared....................................
