Hey All,
Do you have any Amy Bento DVD's and which are your favorites for getting your heart rate up there? I love cathe and that's pretty much what I do everyday; just trying to mix things up a bit and Amy seems like she would be pretty close to a Cathe DVD?

Has anyone tried All Pum X-tra or her kickboxing DVD's.

Thanks

I have most of her kickboxing, my favorite, and the most intense for me is her newer one "kickbox surge and core refining". I don't usually do the core part, I'm way to spent after the cardio portion! There is one other that is supposed to be very intense, kickbox extreme, but I can't get the choreography down, so I don't know for sure. I also like In the Ring, not as intense, but I still get a very good cardio workout. Rumble is a little slow, I like it, but it's not all out cardio by any means.

I have a few of her DVDs and really enjoy them. She doesn't break down her moves though so you really have to pay attention and there is a learning curve. I actually like that aspect of her workouts because they're never boring. I have ASC2 which is a lot of fun. I also really like In the Ring and Hi/Lo Dome Challenge. Kickbox Extreme and Hi/Lo Extreme are also pretty fun, but I don't seem to reach for those as much. I have one of her weight lifting DVDs, Slo Mo Challenge - the upper body I really enjoy but the leg portion is very different and I don't use it very often. HTH!!

I think I have all of her cardio DVDs. I LOVE her step! Takes a while to learn, but very unique, fun & intense. ASC3 is one of my highest cal burners.

I also like Kickbox Surge and In the Ring--In the Ring is one of my favorites. Rumble is good if you have a heavy bag, but not so much without the bag. The rest of her KB workouts are really more hi/lo with a taste of KB.

Her hi/lo stuff is OK. It's very high impact so I don't do it much, it's super tough on the knees & other joints. But they get a bit repetitive, so if you go for a hi/lo just get one. ;)

Kickbox Surge is my all-time favorite kickboxing video. I burn about 500 calories doing this workout. It's lots of fun and has great music.
