Hello all! Has anyone done this workout? If so what did you think? I'm looking to add to my non step cardio workouts and I thought this might be fun.

i did once but it was a while ago LOL(trying to breeze through all my virgin workouts first).i know the hi-lo was pretty good,nothing overly exciting choreography-wise but it needed some space. the toning was short but pretty good as well. its not a killer workout but the cardio is really good. i don't remember if the pump section used the step or not. i know it used hand weights,tubing,and a stability ball(pump step uses a barbell for legs only). but i think it did use a step for pump.
i would get netflix and try it out first. even though deepdiscount.com has it for $11.

I find it short, sweet, sweaty, fun and just tough enough for when you want to get it all in but are short on time. I really, really like it and Cardio Pump Step a lot!
