Hi fitladydi!
We haven't figured out any details at all yet. The idea for this just popped into Cathe's head and she suggested it to us Coordinators to see what we thought; we said "Sounds like fun"; she added it to the tentative agenda described in her announcement e-mail; and then she vanished like a little ghost into STS editing land. ;-)
Seriously, when she comes up for air in a few weeks I'm sure we'll be in touch with her and the whole thing will start coming together so we'll be able to tell y'all more. One thing I can GUARANTEE you is that "American Fitness Idol" will be low-key, just for fun and not a stressful thing at all. And, like all things Road Trip, it'll be completely voluntary. Participate if you like, or sit back and watch and cheer on the participants -- whatever cranks your tractor is fine!
