Am I MIssing Something Here?

Hi Everyone!

Can anyone tell me why I had to re-register my e-mail address when I ordered one of the sale VHS tapes? I've ordered many time from Cathe.com over the years and suddenly my e-mail address was unknown. I did re-register but it worries me. Is this going to mess up my preorder for her new DVD's? That order (the pre-order) went through just fine.

The presale order cart is totally separate from the new shopping cart. Having two files will not be a problem. Not all accounts could transfer, so in many cases you will need to register again.
