I'm not fond on kick butt lunges, I find them really awkward but must admit that I haven't invested any time into getting better at them. The Timesaver DVD has sadly become a dust collector and is really the only Cathe workout that I regret buying, I'd much rather do Legs and Glutes or one of its terrific premixes.
Now I feel the need to give them another go and see if, as Sandra says, they click.
