Alwyn, TT, Kettlebellers, etc Friday Aug 1

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Tom Holland's Total Body II workout (compound moves) followed by Kettlebell Express with Sarah Lurie. I also did 10 minute Trainer Abs. Workout was 70" and I burned 452 calories.

I still didn't think this was as good as a workout as the SWAT ones are, but I figured I'd try it.

I think I did too much impact this week....as my previous stress fracture is hurting again. Must try to lower the impact for a while.
 
Good Morning Gals!

This is my last day in my 20's! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Can't beleive I am headed into the 30 zone! Oh well!

I managed to get out for a run last night. Im not sure how far I went. There is a 10K race here on Sun so I wanted to go that route to see how long it would take me but I couldn't do the whole thing b/c it got dark and where I had to go had no st lights...so no thanks! I was still out for 53 mins though and I may clock that later to see how fast i was actually running.
Im gonna have to do another run today. I could go next door with a dvd b/c my BIL as the Bowflex dial up weights, I could do PUB or something. But I don't like working out with people comming and going, plus is mother is here for a visit. I guess I will have to take a weeks rest from weights?
On another note, there were somethings floating the basement that were no good anymore that are gonna get replaced. I had 2 pairs of sneakers, a crappy vaccum,maternity clothes that needed to go to the goodwill...etc...so maybe its a good thing that this happened! LOL I wouldn't go that far with it!

Knock knock! Anyone home???

I did One on One w/Tony Plyo Legs today. YEOWZAS! Great work out! I was supposed to do 4DS b/t first and then do half of plyo legs but I wasn't in a lifting mood so I decided to START with plyo and do 4DS after figuring I'd get in the mood. Well, the mood never came. I did ALL of plyo instead. I really enjoyed it! :D

Tomorrow is 4DS b/t and perhaps my first training run for my 18 mile race in October. I'm starting my training with 7 miles. Not looking forward to it at all though in the heat. ACK!:eek:

Gotta get the munchkin to bed now...BBL!
