Alwyn, TT, Kettlebellers, Etc for Thurs July 3

Morning Ladies -

This morning was WSFL cardio. I did 7 rounds of the intervals 60/60-90 on the REbounder and then did 20 minutes of Interval Party with Katina Hunter. Still couldn't get my HR up very high....still sluggish. Cardio was 57" and I burned 473 calories.

My WSFL rotation was actually supposed to stop a day ago....but I'm doing a few xtra to make up for the lower intensity days I've been experiencing lately.

Have great workouts everyone. Today's my late day at work. I don't start until 10:00 am so I made my hair cut appt this morning. Hope I can fit it all in without any trouble.

Im not 100% sure what todays workout will be. I would like to go for another run but of course, its calling for rain! Surprise!

I posted this on the OD forum but what do you guys think. I have a wedding in 3 weeks time, you know the one that I had a dress come from VS for it. I tried the dress on yesterday and I think I am going to send it back. Its not a very forgiving dress, so either I would have to starve all day and not eat or drink much at the wedding so that I don't get a pouch. So I went to the mall yesterday to see what I could find and I found 2 dresses that I loved and bought them both(lets just hope someone else didn't buy the same one!). They are both halter dresses. Now, b/c I haven't been following P90X to a "t" I was thinking about ditching it for a little while and doing Cathes TTR using the GS's and 4DS and running, for the next 3 weeks...whaddya think?

Hello to everyone else! Im not sure what is on the agenda today, other then working out. I did try on one of the dresses yesterday and there is something wrong with it so I have to return it. I hope they take it back, it said Final Sale...but I can't wear a dress with a hole in it!

Good morning ladies !

Can't wait for the long weekend - think it is giving me the "lazies". Got a few things to do before work this AM since I was so tired after work yesterday. Having a BBQ at work and didn't water my veggies last night.

All that is leading to no workout this AM :-( and I am hoping to "feel the energy" after work. Have my last NROLW Stage 2 workout to do and it is a longer one with HIIT after weights.

Lora - you are one strong lady and so dedicated ! Great job in making up a few extra days of so so workouts. I am feeling very tired lately too and actually a little light headed when I get up from sitting or lying down. Need to get checked out to make sure it is only too much Alwyn and CC vs physical issues. I wonder if the hard workouts he gives us is just too taxing after a month?

Lori - so sorry it's raining so much up there these days. x( Hope it stops long enough for you to get your run in. I heard we will be having 100's in a few days so maybe I can send some your way ! Not quite understanding why you'd stop 90X because of the halters? I'd think it would enhance your back and shoulders? Please do tell . . . :7

Our concert last night was postponed to Sept. 'cuz the renovations weren't finished yet. I was so bummed as I needed a "charge". At least it is a long weekend and I took Monday off too !

Good afternoon, girles!

Have 4th of July Eve! Anyone watching fireworks tonight? In my town, the holiday is as big as Christmas, so we have a week of festivities, and the fireworks are tonight. The kids are so looking forward to them.

So this morning I did AB weights workout B, which still kicks my butt. Mowed that lawn last night for over an hour, and that was with help. I had a hay field after letting it go for too long. I was tired this morning.

Jacque, sorry to hear your concert was postponed. What a bummer!

Lori, I don't really know anything about the tank top rotation. What I DO know is what your picture trail looks like though, and girlie, I don't think you need to worry about baring your arms in a halter dress. They're already awesome looking!

Lora, hope your long day at work goes well. Funny, I'm actually getting my hair cut this afternoon!

Hi Girls.

Sorry I don't have time for personals right now. I have alot to do and only a couple of hours to do it in. I am about to do my work out. I wanted to hit the gym but it's just not going to work out for me today so my plan is to do 1/2 of interval x+ or some of Imax 2 blasts only plus something else which I haven't decided on yet. :)

I am bring DS up to my MIL's this afternoon. He's staying the weekend while DH and I go to A/C. :+ We are leaving tmrw afternoon but have a bunch of stuff to do in the morning so dropping DS off tonight will really help.

I picked up my 2 kettlebells after work this morning. I'm super stoked to do my kb work out in the morning now! I'll use the KBG dvd again since it's got lots of double bell work in it. }(

I also ordered Tony's new One on One work outs this morning! I'm excited about that as well! As a coach, I was hoping to be able to order them a couple weeks early but for some reason they didn't offer that. Oh well.

Okay, better get movin' before I lose my window of opportunity for a work out!

I'll get back here for personals as soon as I can!

Jen - we don't have huge festivities but our city does a big fireworks show at the local high school. You can go there to watch or actually see it from nearly anywhere in town. Lots of work mowing the hay, huh? That coulda been your workout for a couple of days !

Wendy - have loads of fun with your new KB's and even more fun with DH in A/C. Hope you get all your "stuff" in before you have to leave.
 
Hey Ladies.

I just finished my work out. I ended up doing intervals 1,3,5,7,9 from IMAX2 on my bosu + 5 min c/d + 22 mins of TJ Cardio Party. I'm sweatin' so I'm happy!:)

Time for a shower!
