Morning Girls.

I woke up at 4am and couldn't fall back to sleep. UGH!

No one was around y'day huh? I know Jen isn't around this weekend as she's hittin' the city. Lucky girl!:) Hope the rest of you will come out and play though.

So I can feel my glutes this morning already! Plyo Legs was a goodie for sure!

I have decided to run this morning. I have to start training for my 18 miler NOW or I won't be ready for it come October. I was debating running today or tmrw. I am supposed to go out tonight. It could be a later one so today it is. I'd like to get out there by 7am so maybe getting up early is a blessing in disguise. I'll have plenty of time for my coffee, breakfast and "quiet time" before hittin' the road. :)

Lori: Sorry about the flood. How awful. I don't blame you for not wanting to work out in someone else's place with people constantly coming and going. When I work out I go into my room and close my door. Sometimes I even LOCK it! I don't want to be bothered until I am done! LOL

Lora: So you are working today? Hope it's a quiet day with no drama for you.

Good Morning Gang!

Today is a rest day b/c tomorrow is a 10K race. Seems like a breeze compared to last weeks run.
Its also festival time around here so lots of things to take in. We are headed out for breakfast soon, then there is a concert taking place starting at 2. We will be going to that at some point and comming home again to put DS to bed.

Wendy** I get sooo irritated when people iterupt my workout. I don't mind DD asking a question or something. But don't care come back more then once~! LOL It use to really bother DH when he would call home and no one would answer b/c he knew I was working out. I think over the past 10 yrs he as learned to except it and he doesn't whine anymore.

Nope.....I'm home today. I work next Saturday.

Not much of a workout for me today. I overslept and I have a busy morning planned so I didn't have much time to work out. I did 20-30 minutes of Walking aerobics on the Rebounder (jogging) while listening to 3 Doors Down and then I did Yoga in 10 - Release & Let Go segment. Only burned around 200 or so calories.

Hi Girls.

I'm back from my run. It was slow and steady. It feels good to get this first training run out of the way. I am hoping there won't be so much dread for the next one now!

Lori: Another 10k race already? OH BOY! Looks like you are catchin' the racing bug! LOL ENJOY!

Lora: Nice not to have to work today. Enjoy your day off.

Oh well. I guess nobody's around this weekend. No biggie. I just came here to complain about my DOMS anyway! LOL

Just a quickie - though not sure if anyone will be back tonight.

Had 20+ stay overnight (brother + family and also all my kids +). Was loads of fun.

Now I am babysitting my grandson while DS and DIL are at a concert. He's such an easy baby - waaaaayyy too easy for some of the trouble DS caused.:eek:

Tomorrow I'm not sure if I'll get a workout in 'cuz all the kids will be here again. Monday should definitely be back to normal.

Sounds like everyone is busy this weekend too - just like last weekend.

Will BB when I have the chance.
