For a few months now I have always felt very tired. I use to be very active with exercise and other activities. Now I can't seem to get moving and need help. I have gone to the doctor and had my blood work done (which everything is fine), and I've also switched my birth control thinking that this may have been the problem. It has become very frustrating and I have run out of things to do to help wake me up. I'm gaining weight that I don't want!! I have gotten my DH to help by walking with me in the mornings and I have been trying to get back into some kind of exercise routine. Most of the time, this makes me more tired. Do anyone have any suggestions???
